Job Description :-
• Review the contract, the bill of quantity, and the project drawings to determine the project scope.
• Plan and organize project objectives/priorities.
• Establish baseline, revised, and recovery schedules for MEP.
• Professional With An Extraordinary Blend Of Leadership, Business And Manufacturing Industry Knowledge. Recognized For Keen Ability To Improve Component Designs, Increase Efficiency, And Decrease The Need Of Re-engineering Ability To Communicate And Motivate Team Members To Enhance Strategic Goals And Bottom Line Objectives.
• Responsible For All The Mechanical Works (Technical, Supervision, And Coordination) In These Projects, Works Including Infrastructure Networks And Building Utilities, Havoc, Firefighting Systems, Fire Pump Installation, Plumbing & Elevators.
Job Requirements :-
• BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• To be excellent in all project tasks including Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC & Elevators.
• Experience 10-12 years in MEP Projects Supervision.
• Software Skills: (AutoCAD- Office and Revit is +) is a must.
• To have experience in Real Estate Developers and construction companies.
• To have experience in both residential & commercial projects.
• Job Location: October / New Capital.
