We are recruit for one of a leader construction company in Egypt located New Cairo -Egypt

Position: Senior Planning Engineer
· Site based opportunity
· 6 working days/ week from 8 AM to 5 PM
· Project location – New cairo

Main responsibilities:
· 1. Update the schedule based on inputs   received from project team.
· 2. Prepare the monthly Progress Reports   to the (consultant/engineer, project manager) that also can be sent to the   client.
· 3. Monitor progress periodically and   compares it with the baseline planning.
· 4. Prepare Monthly client invoice for   project packages for accurate recording & tracking.
· 5. Prepare the Sub-Contractors   Performance analysis report for better progress tracking.
· 6. Prepare EOT Claims for projects for   accurate recording & tracking.
· 7. Monitor/prepare the Subcontractors   integrated Schedules for progress tracking.
· 8. Prepare the Procurement schedules -   Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such   as products.
· 9. Highlight critical activities based   on the project schedule and advise project management with corrective   actions.
10. Report to the Project Manager the current work progress and make comparisons & analysis between plan and actual progress, study impact of alternative approaches to work, and highlight areas of concern which required action of the associate task member (delay analysis)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering civil or architecture
- From 6-7 Years of Experience in construction , · 
2-3 yrs Experience in construction & landscape projects as a planning engineer
· Primavera is a must
