Production Manager for Unifood

Production Manager – Sadaat 
Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of experience in food manufacturing (potation, frozen fruits & vegetables is a MUST) , with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food processing techniques, equipment, and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, SQF) and quality management systems.
• Leadership skills, including team building, coaching, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
