Mechanical BIM Coordinator for Trojan egypt

We are currently seeking for a talented "Mechanical BIM Coordinator" to join our growing team. If you are passionate about your field of expertise and eager to contribute to exciting projects.
Roles & Responsibilities 
• Excellent understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.
• Check model health by using QA/QC standards.
• Study project BEP.
• Coordinates with all other trades & solves all clashes.
• Study project specs and all client’s requirements
• Review/Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings and all project documents.
• Review/Prepare technical calculations for all Electrical disciplines.
• The ability to work in variety projects commercial, educational & residential.
• Complete knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting & PLUMING system.
• Model on and use BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks… etc.
Requirements: 
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• BIM Software proficiency
• Experience with Dynamo would be a plus
• Technical capability of BIM LOD 300 to LOD 500.
• Communication Skill.
