Mobile Maintenance for Samsung

We are hiring Mobile Maintenance  Responsibilities
- Carry out repairs and service all the faulty devices according to manufacturer standards.
- Work on improving the performance of the device. - Reporting technical issues to the Senior Service Engineer.
- Checking the status of devices on the GSPN and finishing assigned ones within KPIs standards.
- Testing devices according to Manufacturer's final test procedures. - Troubleshoot devices breakdown and provide effective and efficient maintenance services.
- Ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock.
- Make detailed reports on all the work that is done on each device Qualification
