A Pharmaceutical company is hiring CFO (Chief Finance Officer):
Job Requirement:
* Bachelor degree in Accounting
* MBA is a plus /Finance Certifications is a plus
Advanced Knowledge of people strategy
* Advanced Knowledge of leadership, change management and organization development • Advanced Knowledge of pharma regulation and Egyptian laws
* Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
* Advanced Knowledge and practices of dealing with ETA
* Thorough Knowledge of financial environment in Egypt
* Outstanding planning & organizing skills
* Advanced presentation skills
* Outstanding communication skills
* Outstanding negotiation skills
* 18 to 20 years of experience in Finance leadership role
— At least 4 to 5 years in a pharma industry
