2-Manage and maintenance positive working relationships with client
3-Develop and implement service improvement planes to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of housekeeping services
4-monitor staff training and developed staff , ensuring compliance and timely completion of performance appraisals
5- preparing and complete all reports needs from site
6-attends monthly review meeting with client representatives.
Qualification :
1- experience in facility management
2- Minimum 7 years experience as site manager in compounds

We are Hiring Production & Material Planning Specialist - 6 October - Giza
We are looking for a material planner to manage inventories and ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules. The material planner's responsibilities include determining material specifications, creating, and maintaining inventory schedules, coordinating with internal departments, and managing external stakeholder relations.
A successful Material Planner should be able to ensure the appropriate supply of cost-efficient and high-quality materials required to maintain steady production and product delivery.
Responsibilities:
Determining the required materials and generating purchase Requisitions.
Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, Lead Time, etc.
Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
Preparing performance reports.
Requirements:
Degree in Commerce, business, inventory management, or a related field preferred
+3 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position.
Using power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office specially in Excel (Pivotable, VBA, Index function, Match Function).
Very Good in English Language

Analytical mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills
