Keeping a clean & calm reception area
Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
Completing all the patient’s data on the system, including but not limited to; scanning their documents, uploading the necessary documents,...
Processing billing & payments
Updating the clinic’s system with the services taken by the patient.
Job Requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
University Graduate
Female
Positive attitude
Ability to make patients feel comfortable and welcome
Ability to multitask
Prior receptionist experience
Prior medical environment experience
Greet and assist clients to different activities.
