Responsibilities

Prepare and Design technical detailed design packages including drawings, specifications, computer-generated reports.
Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement, resolve coordination issues between disciplines, provide technical information and solution when required.
Research and analyze design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
Specify system components to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
Research, design, evaluate HVAC / FF & Plumbing systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
Preparing and carry design drawing and required calculation for HVAC / FF & Plumbing works as per engineer instruction.
Review and evaluate the shop drawing (if required). 
Respond to Contractors’ requests for information and technical queries.
Provide information and satisfy the requirements of the relevant statutory authorities (if applicable).
Fulfill the required forms and application as per project requirement.
Assist the team in progress reporting and ensuring that progress report records are kept in a logical manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 6 to 12 years of professional experience in Mechanical (HVAC / FF & Plumbing) Engineering.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP) is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of HVAC / FF & Plumbing design principles, codes, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
