Planning Team Leader
Work location: Cairo (Site Based)
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
- Bachelor's Degree (Civil or Architecture Engineering)
- Minimum #10 Years of Experience (2015 graduate at least)
- Minimum #5 Years of Experience as a Planning Engineer in Construction companies.
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
- Create and update "External and Internal" the Project Master baseline and Revised Baseline.
- Create a Plan for other Departments to Ensure that the Execution Stage will not be Delayed to Achieve Required Target.
- Follow up all the project performance. Highlight any Issues delaying or will delay the Project and study the method to solve it.
- "External and Internal" weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly reports.
- Evaluate any changes on the original contract to create and manage all the hashtag#Claims related to the project.
