Job Description
• Follow-up coordination with the sales and Tendering Department to send quotations according to the required technical specifications.
• POQ work for suppliers and review the quantities, time, price and its approval.
• Provide a weekly report to the direct manager on the market situation, prices and availability of spare parts.
• Negotiate with suppliers to select the best quality at the lowest price Laurel pieces.
• Monitor market trends, changes in prices and suppliers.
• Conduct market research and cost analysis.
• Evaluate the performance of the procurement team and send the results to the direct manager.
• Train and motivate the Procurement team to improve production efficiency.
• Send a daily report to the direct manager of the completed work.
• Follow-up the execution of purchase orders with the required formula
• (Best quality and lowest price)
• Follow-up the implementation of procurement policies and procedures without deviations.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree 
• 5 years of experience
