Senior Quantity Surveying Engineer for SCAD

Exciting Opportunity for a Senior QS Engineer to Join Our Growing Team!

SCAD , a leading company in the construction industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveying Engineer to join our dynamic Tendering department in our HQ at 5th Settlement, Cairo.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing, analyzing, and reviewing tender documents (including Bills of Quantities)
• Managing the tendering process, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor bids
• Providing technical and commercial support to the tendering team
• Contributing to the development and implementation of best practices for tendering

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on tendering
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant tendering software
