Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Finishing Engineer at AZOUZ For Building & Decoration in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Interior Finishing Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with interior finishing of projects, including creating and implementing interior design concepts, estimating and managing project costs, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality control of the final product.
Qualifications:
▪️Bachelor's or master's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
▪️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.
▪️5+ years of experience as a Finishing Engineer in the interior finishes.
▪️Demonstrated skills and expertise in project management, quality control, and site inspections.
▪️Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant software.
▪️Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and architects.
▪️Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
▪️Experience working in Cairo and knowledge of Egyptian construction regulations is preferred.
▪️It is preferable to own a car.
