SCAD, a leading force in construction, seeks a passionate and experienced Senior MEP Cost Control Engineer to strengthen our dynamic Cost Control Department at our HQ in 5th Settlement, Cairo.

In this role, you will:

Manage and control all MEP project costs, ensuring they stay within budget.
Analyze cost estimates, quotes, and invoices to identify potential discrepancies.
Develop and implement cost-saving strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare comprehensive cost reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and identify areas for cost optimization.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost control goals are met.
Manage and maintain accurate cost databases and records.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in MEP cost control or a closely related field.
A deep understanding of construction contracts and procurement procedures for MEP systems.
Stellar analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle cost challenges.
The ability to excel both independently and as a collaborative team player.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant cost control software for MEP projects.
