Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering ,Architecture.
· 5 to 10 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer.
· Proven experience in a technical office or similar position within the interior finishing and construction industry.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent business and technical writing abilities.
· Exceptional organiz and fileing skills , problem-solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
· Proven leadership and conflict management capabilities.
· In-depth, up to date technical engineering technology and material knowledge..
· Proficiency in CAD, MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other relevant software
· Accounting knowledge (a plus): Familiarity with accounting principles and practices would be beneficial for tasks such as reviewing invoices, analyzing financial reports, and understanding project profitability.
