Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil / Arc Engineering
15 years of relevant experience in Construction, 5 of which is a similar position.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
