Energya Steel Fabrication Egypt - ElSewedy Helal is looking for candidates for the position of Operations Excellence Engineer who meet the following requirements:

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
1 : 3 years of experience in operations Excellence or operations management.
Certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma is a must.
Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is an asset.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience with implementation of such systems.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g. Kaizen, Six Sigma).
Experience with data analysis software (e.g. Excel, Access) and statistical process control tools (e.g. Minitab).
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g. OSHA, ISO 9001).
A master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Experience working in the steel fabrication industry or a related industry (e.g. manufacturing, construction).
Experience with production planning and scheduling software.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
