Responsibilities
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• Review tender drawing of the project before starting of Elec[1]shop drawing.
• Prepare electrical shop drawings of the project.
• Prepare As-built drawings at the end of project.
• Prepare the QS for the items which implemented through the project period.
• Prepare the owner invoice and submit it from the consultant.
• Review contractor invoice and submit it from head office.
• Prepare material submittal with the aid of procurement department in the head office to submit from the consultant.
•Prepare the VO's for the new items in the project.
• Prepare the claim of the project if it required.
• Prepare the time schedule for electrical trades with the aid of planning engineer in the head office.
• Review the contract for MEP contractor.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical power Department)
• +8 years of relative experience
• Auto-Cad & Microsoft office
