*   BA in Engineering (mechanical/chemical).
*   Previous work experience in the industrial sector (3-6 years).
* Problem Solving Skills 
* Analytical Skills 
*   Lean Manufacturing/ 6 Sigma Certification is a plus.
*   Knowledge in Waste management and/or�Sustainability practices + Policies/Procedures.
*   Proven track record in managing production lines with efficient reporting systems.
*   Ability to manage large teams across various disciplines.
*   Resilient and innovative operation practices.
*   Location:Egypt on-site.
