Position:Front Office Core Engineer
For Egyptians Only
🔸Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Electronics & Communication)
- Knowledge of Mobile Network (2G/3G/LTE)
- Experience with MSC, MGW, STP, HLR, CUDB
- Knowledge of vIMS & VAS nodes
- 1 year in telecom (Core CS)
- CCNA is a plus
- Excellent computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Very good command of English
- Ability to work under pressure
🔸Job Duties:
- Monitor and troubleshoot Core Network nodes (CS/IMS/VAS)
- Handle Core CS change requests
- Perform regular network health checks
- Manage and update trouble tickets
- Handle customer requests and complaints
- Work in rotating shifts
