Alrajhi for building and construction announces its need to:

 1\Mechanical Engineer:
 - 5-10 years of experience 
 
 2\ Planing Engineer:
 -10 years of experience.
 
 3\ Electrical Engineer:
 - 5-10 years of experience

4/ civil engineer:
- 5-10 years of experience
 
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Appointing and managing a specialized design consultant to verify the structural design of
the Project should such verification be required.
2. Detailed planning, monitoring and control in close coordination of Planning of all
Engineering deliverables production, such as shop drawing and materials submittals, and
tracking progress in detailed controls registers or logs to ensure timely production, submittal
and approval.
3. Production, coordination, submission and obtaining Engineer approval of all Al-RAJHI
BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION shop drawings and using the BIM.
4. Review, coordination, submission and obtaining Engineer approval of all supplier
subcontractor produced fabrication and shop drawings.
5. Plan, scope and initiate procurement of permanent materials and equipment and
permanent works subcontracts.
6. Review, submission and obtaining Engineer approval of all material submittals.
7. Preparing Al-RAJHI BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION method statements and reviewing
subcontractor method statements as appropriate.
8. Collaborate with QA/QC and Procurement to develop Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP) and
shop inspection schedules.
9. Conduct shop inspections and witness factory test as required along with QA/QC and/or
Procurement.
10. Providing technical solutions and clarifications and resolving coordination issues during
construction, including raising any required RFIs to the Engineer.
11. Performing or obtaining all engineering calculations required for temporary construction
requirements.
12. Administer technically all permanent work subcontracts.
13. Technically oversee all testing and commissioning activities, including working closely with
any third party.
14. Production, submission and obtaining Engineer approval of all Al-RAJHI BUILDING &
CONSTRUCTION as-built drawings.
15. Review, submission and obtaining Engineer approval of all subcontractor-produced as-built
drawings.
16. Review and submit all operation and maintenance manuals and other documentation
required for Employee taking over of the Project.
