1. Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting.
2. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting.
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
5. Additional accounting courses or a diploma is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Residency in the same city is required.
8. Must hold a union membership card and be registered as an accountant.
9. Experience in the closing process.
