Job Title: Senior Architect & Interior Designer

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 4 -6 years of experience in mixed-use & Megaprojects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent Proficient use of 3DMAX, V-RAY, CORONA, LUMION, PHOTOSHOP, and related programs.
- Proven portfolio of completed projects demonstrating design expertise and creativity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building systems.
- Familiarity with Saudi building codes is advantageous for ensuring compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
