Project Manager for Delta Capital

Delta Capital for Urban Development is now hiring the following position
Position Title: Project Manager - Construction
Location: 20 KM west of New Mansour (Bule_Beach_Compound)

Requirements:
·       Experience in large scale of residential compounds is a Must.
·       Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering.
·       20 years of relevant experience in Construction, 7 of which is a similar position.
·       PMP Certified or equivalent.
·       Ability to use the main MS Office applications, Primavera and CAD program.
·       Strategic planning, strong reporting, and analytical skills.
·       Demonstrated high leadership and communication skills.
·       Very good Negotiation Skills.
·      Delta region and Alexandria Residents are preferred.
