Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple kitchen cabinet projects simultaneously.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and production teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on kitchen cabinet making or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of cabinet making processes, materials, and techniques.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
