Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on tendering and technical proposal preparation.
Proven experience managing complex projects and leading technical teams.
In-depth knowledge of tendering processes, architectural standards, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
