Senior MEP Site Engineer for M Squared

M Squared is seeking a highly skilled and experienced “Senior MEP Site Engineer” to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects.

Job Location: Masyaf Ras El Hekma Project – North Coast

Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee the construction of projects and monitor activities of worksites.
· Ensure teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
· Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
· Review technical material submittals, QS, invoices, shop drawings, and any related project documents.
· Attend progress meetings, discuss, and suggest technical proposals.
· Review contractor invoices and consultant.
· Study and revise RFIs for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
· Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawing, BOQ, etc.).
· Follow up with subcontractors and consultant during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance, and payments.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
· From 5-7 years of experience in same role.
· Fluent in English (written & spoken).
· Proven experience in managing site activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project compliance.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
