We specialize in Architectural, Master Planning, Structural, MEP works, Project Management, Interior Design, and Landscaping & urban planning up to construction supervision services in both public and private sectors. 
A. Education & Professional Qualifications and Requirements
-  A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum grade of “Good”.
-  A minimum of 10 to 20 years of experience in “Mechanical Engineering” field
-  Experience in Large Scale & Mega Projects (Hospitals, 5 Stars Hotels, Malls, Compounds, High Rise Buildings, Towers, Airports, … etc.) is a must.
-  Experience in Different Mech. systems design, calc. and Specification preparation including: Water supply, Drainage, Storm, Firefighting, Medical and Industrial Gases, LPG & Natural Gases systems, Water features, Lift Stations, Pump Stations and all other mech. systems.
-  Good command in CAD & BIM (Revit), Excel, power point, process and software.
-  High managerial skills In Coordination with Project management team, Arch., Str., other teams.
-  Proven track record of successful project delivery.
-  Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement & Leading sub-ordinates.
-  Good command of related Egyptian and International Codes.
-  Preparing proposals including: Estimating level of efforts & Estimating deliverables.
-  PMP / Masters / PE, FE, CP Eng., technical, languages, ICDL …. Certifications is an advantage
-  Work with international engineering firms “MENA area” in design documents preparation;
-  Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
-  Good command of the English language (written & spoken) is a plus.
B. Job Description
-  Provide strategic leadership for mechanical power design projects.
-  Lead design and development efforts for complex mechanical systems.
-  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
-  Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
-  Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
-  Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
-  Perform technical analysis and risk assessments.
-  Mentor and develop junior staff and provide technical guidance.
-  Report project status and updates to Managers.
-  Design and supervision of drainage, feeding and fire fighting systems.
-  Approval of materials and suppliers for projects.
-  Review of shop drawings for all projects.
-  Preparing a booklet of quantities and specifications for all mechanical materials for projects.
