Engineering for Tendering Civil & Arch) for Abnaa Sinai

We are Hiring (Section Head - Tendering Civil & Arch) Organi Group for Abnaa Sinai For Construction & Building with the below qualifications: 

 -Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine accurate pricing for civil/arch engineering projects.
-Monitor project costs and budget throughout the tendering process and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
-Negotiating the technical and financial issues of the offers received ‏from suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to optimize project profitability.
 Financial
-Communicate effectively with clients during the tendering process to understand their specific civil/arch engineering requirements
-Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise during the tendering process.
-Prepare and submit comprehensive tender proposals that meet client expectations and demonstrate the company's capabilities.
-Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the tendering process.
-Conduct thorough reviews of tender documents and specifications to identify civil/arch engineering requirements.
-Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of tender documentation for reference and future improvement.
-Develop and maintain a robust database of suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to support the tendering process.
-Prepare and manage the tender plan in conjunction with the allocated Tender / Project Manager to ensure all defined deliverables are managed within the agreed time frame,

Requirements:

- From 7 - 10 Years of Experience.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
