We are looking for A Road engineer He / She will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to manage multiple projects at once while ensuring that each one meets its individual goals and objectives. 
Job Duties:
Should have wide range of responsibilities, which can include: 
• Developing new products or improving existing ones through research and development 
• Working with other departments within the company to ensure that all departments are working towards the same goals 
• Managing projects from start to finish by setting deadlines and ensuring that teams are meeting those deadlines 
• Developing and implementing safety procedures for all employees on the job site 
• Planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects using engineering principles and methods of analysis 
• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of the project 
• Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new products or services that will meet customer needs 
• Identifying problems in existing products or processes and proposing solutions.
Requirements: 
• Bachelor's degree in civil Engineer 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in highway design with thorough knowledge of Highway Design Software. 
• Solid experience in UAE. 
• Excellent command of Auto CAD and civil 3D. 
• Ability to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software. 
• Good written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project team.
