Q.C Engineer for Roots Steel International

Roots Steel International is seeking to hire a highly qualified Q.C Engineer 
Job requirements: -
-BSc of Engineering.  
-1-3 years of experience in PEB.
Job Duties: -
• Reviewing the incoming inspection (material receiving).
• Apply Quality management system and Q.C. policies in order to maintain the product quality.
• Receiving job order from P.M. and quality manager.
• Reviewing Products Drawing (Shop drawing – POM – Erection) from P.M. Dept. to ensure that it's applying with client requirements and quality standard.
• Reviewing the receiving materials and accessories to ensure that it's matching with quality standards and requirements.
• Inspect the product in all production's lines (Cutting – Detailing – Fitting – Welding – Finishing) and stop any deviation and take corrective action.
• Implement all quality tests for every fabrication stage in order to take corrective action before finishing the product.
• Monitoring and reviewing the welding quality by several types of tests (NDT - PT – MT – UT – RT – VT).
