Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
*Minimum of (8) years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis, with a strong background in the real estate industry.
*Proficient in financial software and tools, such as ERP
systems ,Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling.
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
