Job title : Performance Monitoring Core Engineer.
Location : Giza, Egypt
Description:

 About the Job
 • Monitor the Core network KPI’s (CS/VAS/PS) and analyze them in case of any degradation or abnormality found.
 • Making basic troubleshooting in order to solve the problem.
 • Pre-agreed process of escalation in case the detected problem is not solved.
 • Benchmarking reports to compare network status before and after CRs implementations.
 • Event’s handling: Monitoring the network KPIs in event’s times (e.g Eid event, Holidays, weekends and etc.)
 • Responsible for daily and weekly health checks.
 • Responsible for generating daily operational reports.

 Qualifications:

 -Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
 -1 year experience in performance monitoring.
 -Basics in software languages, MS Excel (Macro), SQL, etc.
