A Reputable real estate company located in Sheraton Heliopolis  required “junior architect designer” with the below specifications and requirements!!

Job Description and requirements:-
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, 2 years’ experience.
• Team Player: Collaborate with the team to develop architecture designs, Ensuring alignment with client requirements, Industry standards, and company guidelines.
• Drafting detailed architecture drawings, specifications and project documentations.
• Proficiency in software (AutoCAD, 3D max, corona/V-ray).
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Lumion, Revit, Sketchup… etc).
• Project site analysis for relevant information into planning and designing.
• Coordinate with seniors and other departments.
• Updated on industry innovation, materials, solutions, and construction methods.
• Present design concepts, tendering, budgeting, scheduling and quality control.
• Preferable Female.
