Requirements 
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 
Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or scheduling within the plastics industry. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. 
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
