Senior Financial Analyst for Capital Link Developments

Capital Link Developments is hiring Real-Estate
experienced "Senior Financial Analyst":
- Create / update financial feasibility studies for new and running projects, calculating the main financial KP|s (NPV, IRR, PBP, GPM, Funding Gap, etc.)
- Implement sensitivity analysis and "what if scenarios"
for financial modeling to analyze different values of a set of independent variables affect the projects' financial performance.
- Prepare and operational and financial budgets to achieve the strategic plans.
- Prepare financial statement and financial reports, highlighting potential risks.
- Analyze financial data, study business trends, and make forecasts.
- Cash In & Out management creating cash flow budgets and strategy to forecast the future needs to improve the cash cycle.
