Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections, preferably within the food and beverage distribution.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and resolve issues effectively.
Proficient in ERP systems, accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of local financial regulations and accounting standards.
