Job Responsibilities:
-Participating the whole development cycle of the projects from the early stage of development.
-Understanding of market trends, demand, and participating in financial feasibility studies of the real estate projects.
-Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.
-Understanding of the sales rollout and launch dates and ability to align project timelines accordingly.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
-Experience +8 years of experience in same role.
-Good knowledge of Auto Cad.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
