Accounting for Special group

Special group are hiring an accounting Manager experience in Construction is a must:
10 - 14 years of experience in Accounting/Finance in general.
3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position as “Accounting Manager”
Certified CMA or CPA is a plus
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Construction/real estate Experience is a MUST.
Excellent Negotiations & Problem-Solving Skills.
Well Organized and detailed oriented person.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
