- Job Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
*Proven experience in a leadership role within quality control in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
*Knowledge of process improvement practices, tools & techniques coupled with knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and ISO
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
*Strong leadership and team management abilities.
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in using quality control software and tools
