Hiring Now - MEP Manager
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering .
- 10- 15 years of relative experience in construction or real estate companies .
- Experience working for a General Contractor, or MEP Subcontractor preferred; and experience in construction estimating required .
- MEP Engineer background preferred.
- Project/Construction Management Experience .
- Good understanding of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems .
- General understanding of Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing
- Codes as they relate to construction of project .
- Experienced dealing with MEP subcontractors and subcontractors
- Have proven track record as a Project Manager on industrial related projects with large MEP scopes .
- Self-motivated and proactive takes initiative and seeks responsibility .
