An Accounts Receivable Accountant at ANMAT

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Accountant at ANMAT in Qesm 1st Nasser City. 
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers in accordance with approved financial policies,ensuring their accuracy and compliance with contracts or sales orders
• Send invoices to customers on time and document them properly
• Prepare financial requirements as directed by the customer and upload them to the appropriate platform
• Communicate with customers and ensure the integrity of invoices and necessary documents
• Document transactions related to accounts receivable in journals and ledgers
• Perform periodic reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure that balances match between accounting records and customer records
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments or invoices promptly
• Prepare monthly or periodic reports for management on the status of accounts receivable, such as outstanding debts and their ages
• Prepare monthly or periodic reports for management on commissions due to the sales team based on collection rates
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
