About the job

*Job Summary:*

The Technical Office Assistant Manager will support the operations of our marble and porcelain company by managing office functions, assisting with technical documentation, and ensuring efficient workflow. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of technical processes in the construction materials industry.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Administrative Support:*

 - Assist in managing day-to-day office operations.

 - Maintain and organize office records, including technical documents, reports, and correspondence.

 - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.

- *Technical Documentation:*

 - Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, installation manuals, and safety data sheets.

 - Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of technical documents.

- *Project Coordination:*

 - Support project managers in tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

 - Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.

- *Customer Interaction:*

 - Serve as a point of contact for technical inquiries from clients and stakeholders.

 - Provide technical support and information regarding products and services.

- *Quality Assurance:*

 - Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 - Assist in quality control processes related to materials and products.

- *Team Collaboration:*

 - Work closely with various departments, including sales, production, and logistics, to facilitate communication and collaboration.

 - Support training initiatives for staff on technical products and processes.

 *Qualifications:*

- *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- *Experience:* Minimum of [4 TO 7] years of experience in an administrative or technical support role, preferably in the construction materials or manufacturing industry.

- *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.

- *Communication Skills:* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

- *Organizational Skills:* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- *Problem-Solving:* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.

 

*Preferred Attributes:*

- Knowledge of marble, porcelain, and other related materials.

- Experience with CAD software or technical design tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
