Requirements:
- University Degree (Bachelor of engineering Civil )
- 15 years of experience (At least 4 years of working experience, in same position .)
- Planning and organizational skills
- Excellent Management and leadership skills
- Good Computer Skills.
- Have a good knowledge of engineering programs
