Archer Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tendering, Cost Control, and Budgeting Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of tender preparation, cost estimation, and budgeting for our projects. The successful candidate will ensure accurate, competitive, and profitable project proposals while maintaining financial discipline throughout project execution.
Qualifications:
 • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
 • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in tendering, cost control, and budgeting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
 • Proven track record of successful tender submissions and cost management in construction, project management, or a related industry.
 • Skills:
 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 • Proficiency in ERP systems and cost control software.
 • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
 • Leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Skills:
 • Experience with multinational projects or working in a global environment.
 • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
 • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Primavera, or similar tools.
