Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants.

• Technical Skills: 
o Expertise in RO systems, STP, lift stations, booster pumps, and related equipment.
o Strong understanding of PLCs, SCADA systems, and instrumentation used in water treatment.
o Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

• Soft Skills: 
o Strong leadership and team management abilities.
o Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
o Effective communication and reporting skills in English.
