RAN Operations & Maintenance Specialist for Huawei

Huawei is hiring "RAN Operations & Maintenance Specialist" 
 
Technical Proficiency: 
· Advanced knowledge of 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies. 
· Deep familiarity with Huawei RAN systems for configuration and troubleshooting, including key components such as: BSC6900, BSC6910, BTS3900, BTS5900, U2020. 
· Strong skills in configuring and resolving issues on RAN nodes (e.g., BSC, RNC, BTS, NodeB, and eNodeB). 
· Experience with RAN products from other vendors is a plus. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
· Execute network updates and optimizations, ensuring compliance with Change Management processes. 
· Handle Service Requests (SRs), including detailed log analysis and troubleshooting.  
· Contribute to planning and executing weekly operational tasks. 
  
Experience: 
· Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) operations and maintenance. 
· Proven track record of working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
