Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Power Engineering or Mechatronics.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing workshops, specifically in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair.
Solid understanding of HSC (Health and Safety Compliance) standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work efficiently under a shift-based system and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with workshop management software is a plus.
