MSAN Project Manager for Afro Egypt

Afro Egypt is hiring:
MSAN Project Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for MSAN projects. 
3. Effectively communicate project expectations to internal teams (internal teams, procurement, logistics) and external stakeholders (vendors, clients, subcontractors).
4. Ensure the availability and allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
5. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
6. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
7. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
8. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
9.  Respond promptly to project challenges and implement corrective actions
10. Familiar with MSAN, fiber optic networks, power systems.
Qualification & Requirements:
- BSc of communication engineering 
- at least 5 years of Experience, MSAN Experience is MUST.
