 seeking to hire  :

Civil technical office engineer (at site)  

   5 to 8 years’ experience 
Reporting to Project manager -technical office manager 

1- Proficiency in Structural and architectural quantity survey such as earthworks items, concrete, Steel, Brick works, plastering and various finishes.
2- Ability to make monthly / semi-monthly statements for subcontractors and review contracts with BOQs when making statements and to make comparison sheets between them and the client's statements.
3- Proficiency in civil workshop drawings (excavation section, foundations, columns, ceilings and others...) including steel cutting list.
4- Ability to coordinate between architectural and structural plans and coordination with electromechanical plans.
5- Making a monthly report showing the executive position of the work progress.
6- Ability to read the project schedule and prioritize the priorities of the technical office according to the program.
7- Ability to find conflicts between drawing plans and make the necessary RFIs.
8- Prepare drawings according to what has been implemented on the ground as built drawings.
9- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Office.

work conditions :
Location: Zayed , October City 
Working Hours: 8 HRS
Days off: Friday
